WHO WE ARE
Steel n All was founded by Dez Jansen, a seasoned business person and well known as the former CEO of the Vuya Foundation. Dez has cut his teeth in the construction industry and has a Project Management qualification. The company’s vision is to service the domestic and commercial market by providing a specialized steel cutting and fabrication service.
WHAT WE DO
The company has a staff compliment of four people coming from various industries.
Tony Van Niekerk has been employed as the Operations Manager who has served the industry for the past 30 plus years. He has cut his teeth in sales and has a vast knowledge in this regard. He is well equipped to field any enquiry.
Dez Jansen who has a wide experience in the built environment coupled with Tony’s knowledge of the industry have the expertise to make a formidable team.
Youth Advancement
The vision is also to empower young people to understand and manage the business in the future. A young and aspiring man has been employed on the shop floor and is getting to grips with product knowledge
Marketing
Marketing is everybody’s business, and we are proud to state that our staff are clearly identifiable by their company branded clothing. Our signage on the exterior of our premises and our portable flags demonstrate our vision of exposing ourselves to the public and industry players.
We are constantly exposed through popular available websites such as marketplace and Gumtree alike. In addition, we work through a host of personal and referral contacts which has been built up over many years.
Uniqueness
We have taken every opportunity at a cost to ourselves to provide a seamless experience in servicing our customer during trading hours by installing adequate office and workshop
back-up power supplies.
Cutting of metal sections are guaranteed and most importantly, invoicing of customers along with a card payment service is offered without interruption of load shedding.
